I never take the time to write reviews but this time I’ll make an exception. Let me tell you a story from not that long ago. My wife is pregnant with twins and we decided we needed a new car to help accommodate our growing family. One day while I was in town I stopped by Mountaineer Ford to “window shop” I generally dread going to car lots because I can’t stand the stereotypical car salesman. While looking at a car that I determined would fit my needs I heard a voice call out from across the lot “Is there anything I can assist you with today Sir?”. My heart sank... it was time to deal with one of the salesman. I spun around and to my delight there was young man not much older than myself. His eyes were alight with excitement and wonder, he spoke with a soft yet helpful voice. After several minutes of pleasant conversation I felt as if all of my questions had been answered, we went inside and signed some paperwork. A short while later he was handing me the keys to my new car! A day I was dreading turned out to be an extremely wonderful thanks to a young salesman named Robert Petrella. Robert if you’re reading this just know you’ve made a lasting impression on me and my family. God bless you Sir God bless!

Awesome dealership with a great staff, whether you need service, buying a vehicle or parts you cannot go wrong with this place.

Autotrader.com and Mountaineer Ford website lists the price as $41,670 on a 2020 Chevy Silverado RST with 15k miles. When we called to get a sales agreement and make the purchase, the dealer said that it was a typo and they couldn't sell the vehicle for that price.....the old bait and switch. Said they changed the price immediately. However, it is still listed on all websites as $41,670. Buyer beware with this dealership. Either they don't want to sell their vehicles or have someone that works at the dealership wanting to purchase it.nnNow they say the cheapest they can sell the vehicle is $47k. This dealer is a scam at best.

Was there for appointment on my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for warranty service on Transmission, they want to charge diagnostic fee, i asked what the service advisors name and his response to me was ( its none of my business what his name is) which i did find out his name is (Chris) the one with big bushy beard. What has customer service come to these day's?

If I could select 0 stars I would. Absolutely worst ford stealership I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t fix broken parts under warranty and charged $150 just to tell me my camera was broke. Like I didn’t know that when I took it in. I recommend anyone drive as far as needed to avoid this joke of a place.
