Had a great experience when I stopped today for a new storage unit. Sarah was very nice to my children and I, and so knowledgeable. She had an honest answer for everything, I appreciated her transparency about all fees and such. Facility is clean. Excited to move our items into our new storage unit. Thanks again, Sarah!
This was easy to find and is a nice new storage center. Our unit is on the second story but the elevator makes it simple to access. I like that my things are stored in a heated facility and as a female, I feel safe going there. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
Trent is one of the kindest and professional managers I’ve ever met. He was very thorough with providing details of the lease agreement. I’ll recommend this facility to others because of his excellent customer service!
Very clean and secure. Can't say it's too organized due too design oversight followed by expansion. Took a few minutes to find the right unit since they aren't in a direct pattern. Freindly staff and pretty informal in terms of insurance and terms, which has very little required.
Signing up was quick and easy. I was provided with excellent customer service when helped with signing up and getting a tour of where my storage unit was.The lady who helped me, was very nice and very welcoming. I appreciated that experience very much. Thank you Sarah!
