We were traveling through the area. I’ve never been here before. Dealership was very responsive. They were able to work us in and find out the source of the problem. Our interchange with the service manager representative and the whole dealership was all positive. I would definitely recommend them to anybody passing through the areanThe service advisor Melissa was great. She understood our situation and responded promptly. The mechanic who worked on the car was equally responsive.

Myself and another family member have recently purchased 2 vehicles from there. They did what it took to get the money but after that, well that’s when it went straight down hill. You would think they would make everything right considering I drove up from Florida, being active duty military, to purchase from them. They caused a late payment on my trade and only reason I noticed is the hit on my credit where they didn’t send the stuff out. They almost caused myself to have a temporary tag expire and I had to do their job of contacting everyone to get it sent out last minute. My family member who also bought a vehicle has an expired tag because they forgot to send it out. Tried giving him a loaner and guess what, expired tag. This place is a joke and I will never nor any family purchase a vehicle from there. I don’t know what their leadership is doing but good luck with them. As stated, I do not recommend one bit.nnThey know who I am and if they want to contact me and make things right somehow, I am up for it. I have been very reasonable with the extreme lack of competence they have given.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mike, Melissa, and Joe in service were prompt kind and courteous. The technician Dustin did a spectacular job. The entire staff should be commended, it was a pleasure.

I felt like everything was covered thoroughly and I was not under any pressure. The waiting room is very spacious. The oil change was more expensive than I was used to paying with my previous car, but the little sticker said I don't need another one for 7,000 miles, so I guess it was synthetic oil that you don't need to change as much?

Fantastic experience with Crossroads Chevrolet, Melissa had me in & out on short notice. I’m a travel nurse & had some issues on the road. The service was amazing. Thank you soooo much!
