Horrible customer service!! Ordered it through sheds for less. Waited 2 months for my gazebo. Received an e-mail that stated it would be delivered. No show. Called and was given the run around with new delivery date, again a no show. Called again, delivery set...no show. Blamed lack of delivery on third party carrier. ( Maybe they should find a new one). Needless to say I cancelled my gazebo and luckily got my money back!
Just not getting any response to phone calls, emails, etc. Still need someone to come back and paint the shed, but can't get any response.
They were supposed to deliver a shed we purchased through Home Depot on 8/6. The day of delivery - a day that I stayed home from work, they did not show. The next day, we got them on the phone and it turns out that they did not have the shed in stock.nnThey rescheduled for this morning, 10/2. They were supposed to call on their way out. I stayed home from work again. They did not call, they did not show up, and they have not answered 8 phone calls today.nnUnreliable and terrible.
