Not at all a good choice. Dont ever defend yourself against another customer when they are trying to slip thru the gate that you have opened with your pass code. If the other customer is renting a more expensive unit then you, thus creating more revenue for them, then you will be terminated as I was. Additional is all about the money not the service.DONT RENT FROM THEM!!

Who knew that something so unexciting like getting a storage unit could be so pleasant? Me and my friend were greeted by Shawna Vickers at the Burton east location and patiently walked us through the process with kindness and going the extra mile in every step to make sure everything was going right and with an amazing attitude! Shawna is the BEST manager. I've worked with and rented from lots of different places; this one is top of the list.nFast. Friendly. Knowledgable. They really know their business, like, how stressed people are when moving, and help alleviate the burden. How? By being efficient, kind, and helpful with everything you need, or don't.nHighly recommend this location. All the staff here have been great. Shawna is amazingly awesome.
