Wouldn’t trust these people with anything.nnI rented a U-Haul truck for a move. Hired U-Haul movers. Picked up a truck and returned it (after spending $1,000 on U-Haul movers) in less than 5 hours and got a call an hour later that it was the “dirtiest truck she’d received. It needed to be immediately pulled from service and deep cleaned to get it clean. I could drive back to her location (within 2 minutes as she was closing) and clean it myself or I was being charged the fee.”nnShe immediately dropped the price of the significant fee when I pressed her on it and asked me to settle for a lower price.. Very obvious this is a money grab.nnI hired professional movers. Through U-Haul. Instead of arguing with this scam, I’ll just bite the bullet pay an additional cleaning fee and reach out to my U-Haul corporate contact to see about having them removed from the truck share list.nnReturn your truck to an actual U-Haul location. This place is a scam.
Great personal customer service. Matt was adaptable and helped me with all my questions. I like how this place is close the major intersections and the fwy, but off the main road. It allows for easy in and out with a truck without worrying about traffic as much
Had a confirmed reservation but upon arriving was unable to get the truck reserved because they were unable to verify my information. Had I known this before I arrived I would not have to come to Vancouver from Portland in order to pick this truck up. I'm extremely unsatisfied with this experience and would not recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic customer service! If I have the opportunity, I will only rent from these awesome people! Definitely go to i205 Mini Storage!
