Had two storage units at this location. The rates were reasonable and everything was secure and clean. The best part were the employees though! Gail.... Can’t say enough about Gail! What a wonderful person with a heart of gold!! I had several interactions with her during my rentals and she was fabulous every time!! Jeremy was fantastic as well!! Very kind, personable, and helpful! These two are superstars and true assets to Public Storage! Rest assured that if you store here, these two will have your back! :D I highly recommend.
Patti is very helpful in finding the right sized space for your things. She got me an awesome deal on the first month.
Online price for 5×5= $46. HOWEVER, there's another $15. monthly insurance fee they conveniently failed to tell you about. One star.nCommunication is key in resolving any issue. This was resolved in an adult manner and for that, 4 stars. :)
Used this very one 8yrs ago, prices STILL better!! Using it again now!nYay!!
Getting unit was fast and easy! All details were well-outlined and office was nicely air conditioned. Gail was awesome. Will definitely recommend and use again.
