Big shout out to the crew working 1-6-2021 they have amazing customer service and the pizza was amazing thank you from the truck driver hope the entire crew has a blessed year
We arrived shortly after opening. No one answered at drive thru! After 12 minutes we pulled up and looked inside. The only person was a tall black man. We would have Appreciated him letting us know that the Help hadn’t shown up yet or they change their hours. . .
You can't beat their prices or pizza. Specialty pizza costs are very reasonable. I always ask for extra sauce and a well done pizza. Perfect.
Really disappointed in the service. I ordered by doordash. Called store in anout a minute after making order. Spoke to Ken, I explained I ordered wrong crust. Could they please give me reg,crust. Ken said he wasn't sure. He would speak to manager. He said we just received the new order. I explained I I went to doordash and changed order. He said ok. Well I ended up paying for 4 pizza's 10$ in tips not happy at all. I have been a manager. This should not hav happened. won't be ordering from this lil Cesar's or doordash again. Ridiculous!
Excellent young crew when i went. The pizza on point, but the thing that made me happy was that it looked like all yungens from top to bottom that night and they all acted professional towards customers, no goofin off they were runnin that place smoothly n were gettin the orders out like clock work n were communicating to eachother on what they needed n what just went out. I know a little sappy review n maybe im gettin up their in yrs, but hats off to those kids. Stay focused like that in your schoolwork, your jobs in the future n you wont have a problem gettin money. Owner you have a good crew there because up in Akron we have 25-40yr olds that cant even string 4 or5 work days in a row n just a bunch of soft lazy men in our hiring pool.
