Visited about 2pm on March 24th 2021. Short young woman was super friendly but the guy working was rude to her and acted like helping customers was beneath him. He was more interested in talking to his female friend that was complaining LOUDLY about her roommate. Won't be going back to the store and I'd recommend avoiding this location while this horrible employee is there.
The workers were beyond kind and funny and were so welcoming. I drove and hour and a half just to go to the build a bear and explored the mall. The hot topic was about 20× better than the one in my home town
Only 10 allowed at a time. Nice store, good variety of alternative clothes, jewelry and knick knacks. A little expensive.
Loud, rude people, not much has changed since I galloped in this place 20 years ago, looking for my Korn shirts.
The workers there were kind and you can find a lot of cool stuff there
