Beware of this store!!!!! Online or in store purchases!!! I've shopped this store for 8 years. The quality is getting worse. Last two purchases the clothing shrank in the first wash at least 2 sizes. They will not refund/exchange clothing that has been washed. These items were never worn, just the first wash before wearing. Customer service is horrible. Very broken English. Cannot understand them. In store the clerks are extremely rude. I hate this knowing this was my favorite store and I wont be returning.

Tried to return/ exchange an online order to the store today, only to be told I needed a different receipt. I gave them what came in my package, which had specific instructions to return this paper to the store. Very upset!!
