Awesome store and a great staff! Was my first time shopping there last night and a couple young ladies helped me pick out a few outfits and help me get the best deal. And even helped me pick out a new cologne. Will definitely be coming back!

A few months ago I came in to buy some back to school clothes for my girls. No one really helped me with trying to find clothes. In fact, a white gothic looking girl was so rude and this pregnant lady showed me no respect, but what made me give a five star rating is because of the cashier I worked with. I was so pleased with how a beautiful named Janice helped me through my transaction. It was my very first time using a clothing voucher and she helped me through everything. She smiled made a few jokes and she made my experience so much bet trees then when it started. She also gave my daughter some wonderful advice about being who she is and living only to please herself. She is an amazing woman. She was absolutely amazing! I never did see her again but she had to have been the most amazing person I have ever bumped into. We need more women like her in this world.

The place was inviting and the employees were very helpful and kind. I was there last Saturday just for a leisurely shop. The employees helped me tremendously and I bought things I didnt need to but, oh well? The only thing that messed my leisurely Saturday up was an irate customer that was spit screaming erratically over something the employees had no control over. The customer was ignorant and totally over dramatic in a sense that she may have been on something to alter her ability to be more of an adult instead of a preschooler that had too many red dye 40 koolaid's. I applaud the employees for having to be spat on by a whale of a mouth drama queen. Clap. Clap. Clap. I'm sorry you had to endure such a stressful situation. But you handled well. This should not even be a thing people do,but spare the rod they did.

I will never be shopping for this greedy greedy greedy company ever again. I'm not mad at the employees of this location, I am mad at how unfairly they are being treated right now. They are forced to go to work during this deadly virus outbreak and if they do temporarily close, they will not be getting compensated during their time off!!! I will no longer support rue21 and will be taking my money elsewhere. I hope the employees find a different company to work for when this is all over with.
