My first purchase was smooth and delightful. Great price and received the shirt quickly. Excellent experience. Very pleasant customer service.
Purchased suit needed off white dress shirt for a wedding. Only had blue and white so I agreed to order since we had 2 weeks. Paid in advance per their request. First call response was owner had laptop and would have to wait on him. After receiving no calls I called several times leaving messages and still received no response. Stopped at store and door was locked with sign stating be back shortly a number listed to text. No response. After 1 hour sitting in car store still locked up and several calls NO RESPONSE. Charleston WV needs a men’s store. Don’t waste your time at Tony the tailors
