A co worker told me not to go Brit Tire after I made the appointment because he told me they ripped his mother in law off and lied to her. But I thought I would go ahead and give it a shot since they have good Google Reviews posted. If you know anything about vehicles, do not take your vehicle here for tire service. You will find faults and will not be happy with their customer service of taking care of the situation. Go elsewhere. One more thing, I had an appointment to get two wheels balanced. To make it faster for them, I took the wheels off my car and brought them into their shop. After that they told me it would be an hour before they could get to them. Called me in 1.5 hours. Unbelievable. After installing them, one of the tire sensor does not work even though it has worked for over a year and of course they will not provide free installation of a new valve and sensor that I will provide to them. Let's see if this review gets deleted.

Bought my current set of tires there several months ago after being referred by the company that services my vehicle. They were the only place that could find the tires I needed for my Mercedes without going back to the dealership. The owner was very nice & helpful. It saved me money and they were efficient in getting them there. I went to have my tires rotated this morning and again,.....excellent service. Very fast and very nice people to deal with. I've bought many sets of tires over the years and I've been more pleased with Brit (owner & employees) than any previous dealings.

Best around. Been dealing with for years always treated well. Never cheated. Great place I will not go any where else
