A 17 year old took her car in due to a front tire that was severely worn out. At the time she was the only customer and it took two hours to change the tire out. She received what she thought was a good used tire.nAfter 20 or less miles and in two days since installed, the tire blew out. She returned to the shop and they were going to put on another tire. The new tire did not hold air and they found the rim was cracked. They tried sealing it with what appears to be silicone (not a approved repair). It would not seal. She called me to come by after they became disgruntle.nI spoke to the owner and mechanic about the issue and asked if the blow out of the tire resulted in the cracking of the rim. At this time the mechanic said the crack (2-3inches in length) was there the first time they replaced the tire and he was sorry he should have told someone. This conversation was recorded.nnBottom line this business appears to be a very shady business and most defiantly took advantage of a young person. They willfully sent her back out on the road with a KNOWN UNSAFE Condition that could have resulted in a vehicle accident instead of a blowout that she was able to recover from.nnAfter being confronted they cursed us and told us to leave the property. We did without returning the rudeness received. They did nothing to refund the cost nor provide her with a new used tire ( they removed the one they had put on and removed it to show the crack).

Great prices on quality used tires. They went above and beyond to service our car on New Years Eve. Genuinely nice group of people.

They are doing their best with what they've got. Some kid burned their building down so they are struggling to stay in business.
