We were in WV visiting and my wife’s car wouldn’t start. I had it towed to a dealership and they told me it was a fuel pump and sending unit that needed replaced. They said it would be $1350.00. I called Steve & Staci’s and asked them for a quote for repair. They promptly called back and said it would be $550. Needless to say I got it towed again and had them to complete the work. Communication was great and they did the work on time. Highly recommend this place!

They were incredibly friendly, and they were able to take a look at my car on the same day I called them. When I (poorly) described the problem I was having, they understood what I was talking about, and they made sure I wasn’t driving the car very far to get there. (My engine could have overheated. Thanks for looking out!) They even asked if I needed a ride when I dropped my car off.nnAs a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m mindful of the idea that some mechanics might try to charge me for services I don’t really need. Steve & Stacy’s didn’t do that at all. I went in knowing I needed an oil change in addition to the leak I’d asked them to look at, and they didn’t even try to sell one to me when it would have been legitimate. (I told them I already had plans for additional maintenance later on, so it’s not like they just missed it.) In fact, my bill ended up being much lower than I expected (like less than $20), and I barely had to wait.nnOverall I can’t recommend them enough!
