I came to this Firestone center last night for an oil change unfortunately my rented SUV cannot be driven back to Princeton because the car was never oil changed since 31,000 plus miles. Devin was accurate and precise on his diagnosis. He went above and beyond by even asking the Enterprise Charleston Area Manager to provide a new car for me. The rented car unfortunately will be towed to a dealership tomorrow. Thanks to an angel like Devin for saving my life. Love Firestone at Charleston.

Very kind people work here, and they are always busy as bee's! And for a car shop pretty clean
The front desk was very kind. Very professional got straight to the point. The price was a bit high in my opinion but you're getting what you pay for. Qualified mechanics at a qualified place. So I paid it for peace of mind I guess you can call it. It took them a little longer than I thought it should have but they could be fairly busy not from this area. Car runs great suspension's fixed. Would recommend this place.
Staff was great. I waited for the work to be performed. Work was done in a timely manner. But the customer waiting area was really crappie. Again great staff.
