Joe Holland Hyundai

I broke down on my way from North Carolina to Ohio, with no other dealership nearby. Dispute being booked for the day and having no appointments, they were very accommodating. I was traveling with my puppy and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable while we waited and gave me regular updates on my vehicle. They even called me the next morning to make sure I got to my destination safely and without any other troubles. I don’t live anywhere near this dealership to regularly have my vehicle serviced there, but I highly recommend them to anyone who does. Great customer service. Thank you so much!

This is the 7th Hyundai we have bought from Joe Holland. My husband always would pick out and that was great. I lost my husband 3 years ago and have had to buy 2 vehicles since. Again, Joe Holland was my choice and have always had service above and beyond. Your services are exlempary.

I am very disappointed in my Hyundai Veloster with the reoccurring issues of the head lights, tire pressure and oil consumption. I really thought this was a car brand that I could get well over 100,000 miles out of instead of 65,000 miles and never knowing each day if I have oil, a flat tire or headlights.

i have never had an issue with Joe Holland service; Service is always quick, shuttle ride if needed,
