Chris and Roger made us feel like family. They are extremely respectful and courteous and made us feel at home. We found the truck we were looking for and they made it easy to complete the sale! I recommend Joe Holland Chevrolet for having honest people to answer all questions and provide the service Joe advertises on TV. He is not ashamed of his God and his country! That’s a win win situation. He deserves our business and he will have ours from now on! These are not just empty compliments. Every word is true!

Buying cars can be stressful. Finding what you want, weighing the costs, and ultimately making the decision to purchase can be very overwhelming; especially, after seeing all the paperwork involved. However after a ton of research and test-drives, I ended up at Joe Holland Chevrolet and am I glad that I did! My salesman Clark was very honest and patient with me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy. I was able to obtain the vehicle I wanted at a price point I was comfortable with. They were able to get my loan approved easily, and showed me how to set up all the new features. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Absolutely!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever. Their service department will not contact you when they know they are not able to get to your vehicle and will keep your vehicle for days. This has happened to me twice. I quit taking my vehicle to be serviced there.nnAlso, it seems like they purposely sell vehicles that have issues without disclosing them or their mechanics have NO idea what they are doing; it is definitely a toss up. I bought a car from them and immediately had issues with it to the point it cost me thousands to fix a car that wasn't worth it but it was all I had at the time.nnTheir prices are very high as well. Not worth it. Will never buy another vehicle from them again. If you want a vehicle that is decent and will be worth the money, go to a Toyota dealership.

My husband and I purchased a used Kia Soul from Erick Meadows yesterday. It was the most seamless, stress free car purchase I have ever made. I felt respected and appreciated. Erick did not pressure us in any way. He was nothing but professional and courteous. The facility was clean , all workers wearing mandated masks, and a hard working custodian was working hard to keep all touch surfaces disinfected. Add all of that to a great deal on a top notch used vehicle and you’ve got a real winner. We are new to the area, this is our first car purchase in WV. I can say with confidence, when we are ready to purchase another car in the future, Joe Holland will have our business. We appreciate the honest,faith-based business he has built.

Chris Lee was very pleasant and professional,nI was not expecting to be able to close the deal on the same day, due to having my 3 year old grandson with me who was anxious to see his new baby brother that was being released from the maternity ward. But Chris made it happen!nWe made it there just a few minutes late.nHappy days.
