Scheduling service appointment online was easy to do. Service writer was polite and helpful. They were able to diagnose and repair my truck in a timely manner and fixed a recall while they had it. My work was done under warranty so I don’t know what they would rate on cost but as far as my current experience goes, I’m not sure what else you could ask for from a service department.

I worked with Joe at Dutch Miller in Charleston. Had a very nice and easy car buying transaction. Actually my easiest yet. He thoroughly explained every charge and what each charge was for and the coverages. Very nice guy to deal with and while my car didn’t come in the same day he has kept me informed along the way and has been very responsive on answering any additional questions I’ve had after buying my car. Highly recommend him and Dutch Miller. I will be a repeat customer!

The team at Dutch Miller were super friendly and professional, I had a really long drive to get there and home-they made sure I was in and out quickly so it wouldn't add a lot of time to my trip.nnThe vehicle I bought from them was extremely clean and immediately took me for a 3 1/2 hour drive with zero issues. They gave me a list of things that had been inspected just before I got the vehicle, and their recommendations for servicing.nnAll in all, I would definitely buy another car from them!nThank you Joey, Paul, and Adam!

The sales rep (Don Garrett) was amazing and extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Great to work with. The Finance person (Jordan Curry) you couldn't ask for a better person to work with. I will definitely be shopping there again and also referring anyone who ask tot come see them.

I had an experience with this dealership that I left uncomfortable with. This is my local Ram dealer although when I was interested in buying a new truck in the past they just didn't seem to want to make me a good deal so I ended up buying out of state. Since then I have had service done here. It was time for my regular service of an oil change and tire rotation according to my maintenance schedule. I stopped by to schedule it for the next week since I had tried on several occasions to use their online scheduling but it didn't work. The service advisor said that he had an opening right then and although I had other plans I decided to go ahead and get it taken care of. I can usually find service specials online for Dutch Miller so I had one that I had already looked up for a synthetic oil change. The advisor told me that my truck takes conventional oil and that you don't want to change from the type that's been used in it. I told him that I was sure that I'd been using synthetic but he said it hadn't. He said that conventional oil costs more so the oil change would be more that the synthetic special. I had thoroughly read through my manual and felt sure that it recommended using synthetic. He also told me that the intervals between changes should be more frequent than the manual says and that I shouldn't pay any attention to the oil life indicator on my truck. He then drove my truck into the bay before I had an opportunity to look in the glove box for my service records. While I was waiting I looked online and everything I found said to use synthetic. Since I'd bought this truck new I've been meticulous about service and I really felt uneasy about his choice of oil being put in it. When he told me it was done he said that they looked at the service records and it had been using synthetic so that's what they put back in it. When I went to pay for it he said that they couldn't honor the coupon because a manager has to be there to use it but he would give me a 10% discount to make it about equal. Instead of costing $39.95 for the oil change plus $20 for the tire rotation the total was $113. That doesn't seem like his discount came out the same. I should have listened to my wife and taken it to Valvoline. I really was not satisfied with that experience and will find another place to get my service. Because of his disagreement about everything about this oil change, I now have no confidence in this service department.
