Terrible dealership. They will absolutely pull the wool over your eyes. I was interested in a truck for $9000 and was going to put 2500 down. Right before signing the paperwork, I notice they changed the finance amount to 12,000!!! At 24% interest. I did quick math in front of them and in total I would have ended up paying over 30,000 for a 14 year old truck!!! These guys are crooked and will take advantage of you. I ripped up my deposit check in front of them and walked out. Never again.

Purchased a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu from these guys and have kept maintenance up on it , I have had it for 4 years I have never have had an issue with it and had a great experience with the staff they helped me get out of a vehicle that was in horrible shape and got me and my fiance in a very dependable vehicle 4 years this October , thank you guys hope to do business again

Purchased vehicle in October in a crunch due to my disabled then not even one year old having a neurosurgery appointment in Morgantown the following Monday and our SUV breaking down. They seemed forthcoming and as if they wanted to help. Within three hours of signing for the vehicle my drivers side window would no longer roll up, this took them a few months to repair, even with the extended warranty we had purchased. There is little to no communication between the South Charleston office and the Sissonville office. Here is a list of everything since we have purchased the vehicle that has happened: drivers side window will not roll up or down, then the passenger one went out directly after they resolved the drivers side, the back hatch to this van snapped, almost landed on my six year old and did land on my boyfriend as we were carrying in groceries, the a/c pours water into the floor boards, the storage in the ceiling of the van is broken and had to be duct taped to not obstruct my view in the rear view mirror, we have put 13, yes THIRTEEN tires on said van, even after the tire alignment -months into owning because it was needed at the time of purchase, then the motor starts to go out. We call. Multiple times again. We argue over the extended warranty that we paid for. We are told we aren’t their problem anymore because we posted a review on google. The salesperson literally tells my boyfriend “you sound real tough over the phone why don’t you come down here”. The co-owner scoffs at me for not having an additional $100 to throw in for the warranty deductible (keep in mind he knows I stay home with my disabled one year old). I take it to have the warranty work done now that I know where and who to take it to and to have them do my oil change because it was almost time. That mechanic refuses to do the warranty work. He said my frame is bent, the timing chain cover is cracked, and that the warranty wouldn’t cover it as is. Now, this was at least 2 months ago that we had taken it in for the warranty work. We’ve had NO communication since that man scoffed at me months ago. TODAY 7/3/2019, he responds to his review from 7 months ago saying it isn’t fair or warranted. Well sir, I can PROMISE you it is! You stated everything was in the paperwork that we were never given until months after purchasing this vehicle in the first place after we had called the credit company to submit a claim. I have 4 children, two of which are special needs and one of those is disabled. However I look, and we are the only review you have responded to? Months later. For what purpose other than to continue to plague my family with the reminder of our horrible choice to do business with you? Please do not give this business your money, especially if you have children and are in need of a SAFE and RELIABLE vehicle, which is what we were promised and yet they have not delivered and have refused to do so. So here is your honest and open review, I can post all of my paperwork and receipts as well for anyone who would like to see them. Have a good day!

Bought our family car from here, have had no issues. Loved the staff and service. They knew I was crunched for time when I was signing the paperwork. Had it completely ready to go so I wouldn’t be late coming back from my lunch hour.
