I recently purchased a new Tundra from William McCormick at Ball Toyota. After noticing the vehicle I was interested in on their website I reached out to William to confirm availability and to discuss price. We were able to agree on price and William stayed after closing time on a Friday evening to prepare paperwork so all would be ready for me to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. Saturday morning I drove 4 hours to Charleston to pick up the truck. William was helpful in explaining features on the truck and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. He has followed up several times to see if I have any questions on the truck. Overall I was very pleased with William and Ball Toyota and would consider them again in the future.

William did a great job in not only finding the deal, but also backing us when we had problems with validating the insurance. He and his team were very informative, gentle, and eager to help! At every moment, they gave us full orientation of all the steps until we got out with a Toyota Rav4 2021! Thank you for making this important step in my life a special moment!

Best truck buying experience I’ve had. William McCormick was top notch. He couldn’t have been any better. I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. The salesperson Mr McCormick was very knowledgeable and was patient as we went through the choices . Charges a lot, to much for services like changing coolant fluid and thermostat. Over 400.00 and about 2.5 hours waiting. Only about 45,000. Should not have to change all that with low mileage. But the people that works their are very nice to talk to and very helpful.
