Big Spring Bowl A Rama

Pretty good bowling alley. I didn't get a chance to go to the snack bar because there was always a long line. Maybe they could get a little more efficient. It was an unplanned visit. It was either this or a Mexican party.

I enjoyed the bowling but was frustrated with the staff. Despite having no warning ahead of time apparently their credit card machine was down & had to be paid in cash. Conveniently they have an ATM there. However if you don't know places that have ATMs at their locations get paid for everytime it's used. If I had been given a heads up before hand it wouldn't be much of an issue I would have had an option. However everyone already had their shoes & was headed to the lane we were told.

Snack bar was only serving pizzas otherwise nice place.

It's a fun place plays good music, customer Service is not to great, restaurant appeared to be close when in fact it was open, front desk was left unintended multiple times.

Great family time and staff was awesome..thank you John and the crew.
