Cheapest and cleanest place in town. We stayed there twice in the last week, once each direction for our trip. The bathrooms and showers were very clean, the owners (a married couple) were very friendly, and easy to chat with, and the park was spacious and easy to maneuver in. We had our two young children with us, so we stayed close to the front entrance, so that they could run around and play in the little front area with a few decorative horses, and a flag pole.nnExcellent place to drop in for a night, on a long road trip.

Nice, quiet simple campground. Convenient to I-10 access. Easy pull-in/pull-out sites that were very level. Easily accommodated our 33 ft camper & truck. Full hook-ups. Excellent bathroom facilities with great private showers. The Nicest friendliest owners you could imagine!! Extremely clean facility with very reasonable rates. After hour check-in/arrival was great since we did get in late. And we had excellent cell phone service the whole time which was really nice! We felt very safe staying here and would not hesitate to stay here again. I give it 5 stars for all the reasons stated above which are things that are important to us.

We stopped to walk the dog and I believe he was the owner/manager and he offered the dog park to us. It looked lime a very well maintained park and the people in charge were absolutely AWESOME. We asked how much it was for the night and we were also floored by how reasonable the price. $25 or $30 I cant remember. Definitely a place to consider! Thank you to the man we spoke to and for reminding us why we left California!

Wild West RV park is a great place to stop. Staff is very friendly. They had plenty of space. They have a separate lot for overnight travelers. All spots are full hookup with 50 and 30 amp service, water, sewer, cable and wifi. The town of Van Horn is very noisy between the interstate and the train, however that's not this parks fault, and it's so nice to have a hot shower after a long day of driving. We went up to Guadalupe National Park for the day, and had a great time.

We stayed just one night and it met our needs very well. We checked in and was directed to a lot across the street and were allowed to pick our spot. The utilities all worked well. The young man that checked us in was very friendly. I later encountered the owner out in the park and he also was very friendly and seemed to appreciate our business.
