This location is not open 24 hours we got off the highway to come here because your website says they were open 24 hours they are not open not very happy
Tourists beware. Make sure you fill up less than you need with these pre-pay stations. The fuel in the tank came to less than I paid. When I went in for a refund they said my card would be charged correct amount. Of course it wasn't.... Perhaps the staff are refunding themselves at the end of a shift. On the upside, met a friendly helpful local who helped us get the antifreeze in the correct place.
Nobody in sight when I walked in and there was a customer waiting at the counter who looked extremely frustrated. I picked out my drink and walked halfway around the store before two people finally came out of the back. Luckily the customer waiting at the counter and myself are honest people..otherwise, we could have walked out with $50 worth of merchandise and they'd be none the wiser.nnThe cigarette selection in the store is awful. 80% of their racks were empty and what they did have in stock was very obviously old stuff that nobody wanted. And brands I've never heard of.nnThe lady that rang me up was nice, though, so I'm giving them an extra star for that.
I happened to run out of gas right up the road and the friendly and kind staff went above and beyond to help me.
Stopped here. Slow staff. Seemed more concerned about the gossip from the Co-op than waiting on paying customers. I waited as in front of me customer gossiped about everything under the sun while trying 3 cards (all declined) and she eventually paid in cash. Clerk never acknowledged growing line by saying, why don't you all step over here, I will get her taken care of in a minute. Nope, we had to wait while the gal counted out pennies to feed her nicotine habit. So, now it was my turn and being fully briefed on the happenings down on main street to the High School locker rooms, I simply asked for two orders of the three taco special for .99. The clerk returned with two tacos after I paid and informed me I would have to wait for a new batch to be made in order to get my 3rd taco and 2nd order. I left. I had been there at least 10 minutes and was traveling. I told her to give the 3rd taco and other order of tacos the charity as I exited. #Allsups should step in and train this staff on customer service and how to efficiently deal with customers at the counter. Stay away from this joint unless you have time to kill or want to find out whats going on down at the cotton gin.
