There are 2 specific workers in Amarillo that are there almost everyday and they are so rude. One male and one female that make rude remarks every time I visit the store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Came in to see the sales and usually have good experiences, but their sales associate Lindsay with the brown hair was unbelievably rude and snarky when asked for help. She also seemed as if she didn’t know what to do at the register, so my take is she’s new, and it’s a shame because I won’t be returning due to management not training employees properly. Don’t understand how they hire someone so bad at customer service.
I came in today to buy a pair of jeans. I hate shopping for jeans, but the sales lady was absolutely PERFECT. She made me feel wonderful about my shape and size, found me exactly the style and look I was going for. I felt like a star, being attended to the way she treated me. Never did she push any merchandise on me, and promptly got me sizes and cleaned the fitting room. She was alone in the store, but handled all customers wonderfully. I just might shop there again because of the service! I didn't catch her name, but my receipt says Sales Person :884749.nWhoever you are, you are amazing! Great work!
Friendly people and nice people that work there
Walked in and got some great deals on clothing for my teen daughter, the cashier even found me a coupon to save me even more money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back in the future.
