Call and asked for year, make and model. Gave my phone number. Called back 2 hours later and then was asked zipcode, was told they did not service that area. Really!! No courtesy call and then they hung up. Wow!!
Called for a couple who had locked everything in their truck, and the lady who answered said that she'll have her truck driver call me back in a minute... 20 minutes later, I called another place.
Looks local. Is not local seems like some sort of dispatch center. Bad and slow service. Cancelled the guy they sent and called someone else.
they charged elderly woman $200.00 to unlock her car. I called to get a quote and they said $19.00 trip cost and $25.00 fee. I then told them what they charged my mother and she kept repeatedly putting me on hold. I called back and she obviously saw it was me again and when I asked her to confirm what she just quoted she stated the cost would be $245.00. They clearly took advantage of my mother!!!!!
Deceiving pricing. I was quoted $45-$95 to open a locked car. They said the pricing was based on how complicated it was. The locksmith came out and opened the car door in 3 minutes. The final price was $112 after tax. I called another locksmith and they estimated $50-$60. Shop elsewhere.
