I've had my system for almost a year and for the most part have had a good experience. We have had a few issues first was a price rebate that we had been told about by the salesman. But they did go back and take care of it without it being a big deal so that was great. Had some issues with the system setup but that was a app issue that was fixed within a few days.nBut now I have a warranty issue on the drinking water tap that they installed leaking water. They want to charge to come look a warranty on something that's not a year older. They are lucky I was home to catch the leak and turn off the system before it became a much bigger issue. At least they warned me about the charge before they came out.
Very friendly and professional. Listed all options to help me make an informed decision.
