James was very convincing about his knowledge and work scope of sealing and staining my deck/fence/patio. During our appointment James had given me a quote of 1463.40 which I told him that’s sounds great when can you start? He told me as soon as weather gets better so the concrete and wood had a chance to dry. I told him to just give the word and he was good to start, with this in mind I asked if he could pressure wash my driveway and walkway he quoted me 260.00, I told him to do it when he was ready he came out 2 days later and did his job, leaving white spots all over my driveway with not knowing what it was. I paid him and he left. I currently followed up with him with the stain colors, as to my surprise he backed out and said he was to busy for my job. I had been scheduled at his leisure since 4/9/2018. He is not a man of his word and will back out of his job at anytime!!!! People beware.nnUpdate 5/17/2018:nnJames,nYes, you have tried to reach out with one phone call and left a voice mail. As I can appreciate that from a business stand point getting a negative review, I stand behind our text back and forth that I want someone who is a man of there word working on my house. I will pay someone with good integrity and honesty to redo my driveway and walkway. Good luck in your future endeavors!
