I had the lower level of my siding replaced and flashing installed where my siding was touching the concrete patio. The two-person crew from SFW was fantastic. They were very professional, clean, and fast. They completed the project in half a day and cleaned up everything afterword’s. The workmanship was perfect and the pricing is competitive and up front. I would recommend SFW to anyone with exterior projects and I will absolutely be using them in the future.

They were easy to work with. The job was not easy. They had to replace three stories of exterior wall on the entire back of the house. Prices were reasonable. Workers were friendly. The job was clean and done well. 1000 years in the future, the wall they build will be the last thing standing from this house.

This is the second project SFW has done for us In the past two years and both turned out really well. I’m always nervous to do hourly v. fixed price projects, but their team does a really good job of working with you to come up with the best solution and they work fast/do quality work. We would use them again/recommend them for any trim repair/replacement or dry rot repair.

Although I was apprehensive about not receiving a fixed cost bid to repair my dry rot issue upfront, I concluded their time and materials approach made sense. If they are being transparent about their rate per hour and cost of materials, surely this is more sensible for a homeowner and could end up costing less than a fixed cost bid with built-in contingencies. Well, my decision paid off and my issue was repaired professionally and efficiently. The daily billing and multiple payment options made a big difference too. I highly recommend SFW.

Due to the way our house was built the design allowed for massive water damage. We interviewed a few different contractors and decided to go with SFW, per a couple of outside recommendations. SFW has the capacity to handle any repairs or reconstruction we may need. One source for it all. We like that. We are extremely happy that we went with SFW. We knew step by step where we were in the process. The communication was helpful, especially not knowing How much dry rot we were looking at. It ended up being a lot! SFW was able to coordinate all external contractors we needed such as roofers, masonry and gutter specialists. They took all of that coordination off of our plates. Well worth it!nWe would recommend SFW to anyone in need of help with dry rot!
