If you want to get in shape, they have the tools to help. If you want to learn how to protect yourself, they have the knowledge to teach you. If you want to improve your skills, they have the experience and resources to help you reach a new level. All Powers Fitness and Fighting is not just a gym for fighters, they are a gym for those that want to improve themselves in any area and they have the proof to back it up. They have the best trainers around that are constantly improving their methods of training, so that are able to meet the needs of every person that walks in the door. If you are 100% ready to take the journey of improving yourself, physically and mentally, this is definitely the place to be. You won't be disappointed.

The best in Tx hands down! This place will change your life and could help save it! I've been to several gyms and a couple fight gyms, but this place is home from the second you walk in. No egos or outrageous prices or sloppy training where people get injured every week. This building has so much knowledge in fitness and fighting with a family atmosphere. They have 2 of the top welterweights in TX and the best head coach that help you every step of your journey. This team can help you with anything fitness, fighting, strength & rehab, self defense and they love teaching the kids.

The best fighters have the best coaches. Coaches that are passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated. As a chiropractor, its easy to see when a body is out of shape from bad training versus when its out of shape from GOOD coaching. Working on a body that has been pushed to achieve its best is drastically different from working on a body that has been blindly overworked. The coaches here know how to get the most out of their men and women and it has been and is my pleasure to work with them and keep them coming back for more in and out of the gym.
