We bought a generator and asked Randy to install the lock out and new circuit breakers to the Breaker Box, and install a power cord receptacle to be able to take power from the generator in case of power outage. We checked a number of Electrical companies. Breeze was the most reasonable. Randy arrived with all the right parts and worked steadily for a couple hours. When the hardware was installed he walked us through operation of the generator and to ensure we were comfortable with the safety procedures etc. we are totally and absolutely satisfied. Could not ask for anything more. Randy was courteous, professional, and thorough. I would recommend this service to anyone without hesitation. Perfectly done!

Randy was excellent and knowledgeable. To come out and diagnose the problem as only $89, a lot cheaper than the usual $125 and $150 fee other companies charge. Randy ended up changing 2 electrical breakers to our old house. The company was great about confirming the appointment and also sent a picture of the technician via text before his arrival which I appreciated.

We had aluminum wiring risks alleviated with great work from Steve and team as well as some other electrical upgrades. They were great at explaining the work. I was most impressed with their level of clean up during and at the completion of the work. Very conscientious about the workspace and any potential for a mess left behind. Thanks!

Disappointed. This is the 3rd time I have had issues with my unit since I moved into my house. The company has done a good job so far resolving my heating/air issues up until now. On my last appointment, the time frame passed for my appointment so I called to see if a technician was still coming or not. When I called, the person I spoke with seemed confused and my appointment on file. She apologized and said a technician would be in contact with me. The technician called the next day and let me know that they were not able to make it to appointments due to weather, although my heat was not working I was understanding and was willing to reschedule. I then decided to submit a warranty request through my builder since my home is still very new; the building manager called to see if anyone had made an appointment with me a couple days later and I told him no one reached out. He reached out again and an appointment was then set up successfully. I ended up mistaking the day my appointment was on and did not have my personal cell to receive the notification (left at home, I was out of town working). Instead of being understanding (as I was when no one called or showed for my ORIGINAL appointment), I am being charged $60 for missing the technician. The mistake was definitely on me, but to to be charged that much after everything that’s happened is disappointing.

The technician showed up between the time that was given. They were very friendly and worked almost without knowing they were still there. Based on this experience I will utilize Breeze as my “go to” business for this type of work. I am very impressed. I am also scheduling them to install my charger at the new location after close. Thank you for a great job.
