Used to be a friendly place until it got new owners. Wont accept ANY change or big bills. Refuse to cash out lottery winnings above 5 dollars and constantly has crackheads sitting on the bench outside. Wont even go anymore as the guys that sit outside aggressively ask for money and make threats when you dont have any
