Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. They don’t deserve to be in business.
The customer service is awful. I have walked out of this location twice in the last year and walked next door to Carters because I was treated so poorly. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and I am so disappointed at the decline of the staff.
I love shopping at children’s place but online. Came to pick up an order that i ordered online and there was only one person at the cashier. There is always one person at this store. This needs to stop. I should of just paid the extra 5% and had it shipped home.
Customer service is so bad here. Would rather drive to another location. Every time I walk in there is no greeting, no smile, no thank you. Hire better sales associates! I walked up to the register and said hi I need to return this. She said nothing just looked at me like she was drunk. Proceeded with the transaction and the only thing she said during the transaction is do you have the card you made the purchase with. I said yes, do you need it or should I scan it... no answer, no words once she was done.
