Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with the most patient and kind associate, Lisa. She went above and beyond for me while trying to help me find a previous purchase shirt for my husband and took a tremendous amount of time coordinating the outfit. She was pleasant and genuine. This store is very well organized and staffed. I have been to other stores, however this one is the best. So go and ask for Lisa. She is the bomb!!! There definitely needs to be more Lisa’s in the world!!! Thank you for saving my day!

Worst customer service ever!!! The manager was so slow and helped people who came in after me first! I was patient at first and literally had 5 different people who came in after get out before me. Those people were helped by other workers who were working quickly while this chick took her sweet time. It was so frustrating I wish I remembered her name all I know was she was a manager and when I said something after seeing two guys come in for the same thing we did leave she pawned me off to a sweet girl who was able to help get us out of there finally! The manager never apologized by the way just handed us off and never said anything after that so rude! l was there on 2/13 around 3PM so y’all can figure out who the manager was that day idk but this was my first time using this store only because it was close to my step son’s house we normally use the one in Fort Worth and trust I will never use this particular store again!!!

Absolutely love this store and I keep coming back. Im always learning more on how to dress nicer (usually the type to run into walmart grab what fits off the rack and get out). Had the pleasure of Daniel's assistance today. Didnt walk out without making a purchase!!
