Clean and a great environment of people! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable! It’s way better than LA fitness down the road. LA Fitness had very suspicious members and super old equipment and was musky. Planet Fitness offers way more for way less!
Staff can be more proactive when it comes to cleaning the stations. Yes, everyone is suppose to wipe down the equipment before and after but its also the staff's responsibility to have appropriate cleaning or disinfecting products available. At times no paper towels, no disinfecting spray just pure laziness
I love the quiet, peaceful environment, the staff is also really nice and friendly for newcomers like me. If you want your teens to lose weight it a good environment, this gym is perfect!
Jesus is the best i come to the fort worth location over night and he's always sanitizing. But hes got a great attitude and vibe. Def glad i got this membership. This location is a strong 10/10
the staff is super friendly and helpful. the location is very clean and I feel very confidant working there!
