I LOVE this place. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The trainers encourage you to give 110% during workouts. I highly recommend if you are looking to build muscle and get in shape.
This is an amazing program to get yourself into! Even if you just need to get a jump start to working out and eating healthy. I lost 25.2 pounds in the first 6 weeks of my challenge. I feel more energetic more confident and I can’t wait for my 2nd challenge. Mind over matter no matter how bad you want to give up push yourself and you can achieve it. I wanted to quit so many time but I didn’t and I’m glad I didn’t. AFF!
Update 4/12/21 just finished my second six week challenge and lost a total of 45lbs, on to the next one. 3/22/21- I’m on my 3rd week second 6 week challenge, I’ve lost 34lbs. Hard work pays off I love this place.
Love this place like my 2nd home coming here for 2years now drenched with sweat today lost more than enough weight size 8 now and I love it!
The Camp Transformation Center is awesome. If you're trying to change your life, this place wouldn't be a bad place to start. Make sure you bring water and a towel. You WILL need it.
