This store doesn't return money or know its own policies. The girl at the register was very unhelpful and just didn't care.nThis store DOES NOT except returns when you use coupons despite it not being anywhere stated in their policies so they're not very well-informed. I don't think I've ever been somewhere that has refused returning my money when asked. Its not really customer service when you can't just return someone's money and not offer a solution. Reporting everyone to whoever their higher ups are. I'm not one to complain, but what just happened was utterly ridiculous. I can go spend my money at H-E-B or somwhere where I don't have to worry about people with bad work ethics. ud83dude05 Not somewhere where you have to worry about stealing from you in the store, but also at the register. Over crowed isles!!! Cashier's typically do not have on their masks with posted signs on the door. This is double standard and risky for EVERYONE! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE, THIS IS NO JOKE!
This store is super messy and un-organized. The cashiers are usually really nice and helpful though. The lines are crazy long though. You could wait 30 minutes just in the line. The male manager that works in the morning is really nice and tries though.
