Had a great time today at Urban Air! I have been with my kids several times and they always have fun, but today our we attended a private event for Atlas Soccer Club and all the kids had a blast! In this day and time it’s hard to find a place to celebrate and play that parents feel is “safe” and Urban Air does a great job of taking temperatures at the door and keeping everything clean and sanitized. This location has a friendly staff, amazing attractions and manager, Sharon made sure we were well taken care of. Check-in went smoothly, kids enjoyed concessions and most of all, playing their hearts out while parents could relax and feel the kids were safe! Thanks for a great time!

Fun for the children and I like that there is a bunch of seating area for adults. Pizza was great. A bit small for to charge $30.00 for the ultimate wristband. Overall it was cool for the kids.

We were there last Friday 02/05/2021, my 8-year-old son loved it! This was our first time visiting an Urban Air Adventure Park location. The staff was super nice and friendly. The Young staff members were extremely helpful, fun, and at the same time very professional. I want to thank the two young Team members of my nephew's part Jamaika & the young man who oversaw our party. They did a superb job! I'm planning on hosting a party for my son there and I live in the Dallas/Garland area. My son left super happy that night. Great job! Thank you!

I BROKE MY FIBULA.nnI took my 9 year old here on Sunday and the trampolines and everything were fun. However, the Ninja warrior course is extremely dangerous, as is a few of their other attractions. The warrior course has kids plastics balls in a 3 foot pit with a hard floor on the bottom. When you fall off the obstacle you go straight to the bottom. I broke my fibula, had to have major surgery and now I have a plate and 7 screws in my leg. It should be fixed. They could at least put the foam squares in the pit to prevent this. I have heard so many horror stories about these places.nnOn top of this, there was hardly any staff around to make sure of safety. Plus, 90% of people were not wearing masks.

Today was the first time going there and I took my triplets that are 7 years old.nThere were too many near accident s.nTo many kids older kids running around making it unsafe for small kids.nI saw that a little girl that' was jumping on the trampoline and a big kid was jumping and he was jumping to high.nThe little girl fell over and the boy almost stepped on her.nThe little girl was scared.nShe was crying.
