I’ve been practicing bikram yoga for 16 years consistently. I am impressed by this space. First of all it is extremely CLEANud83cudfc4♀ufe0f The teachers are knowledgeable and on point. The community is friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of parking, and they have everything you need at the studio. This is a brilliant place for anyone... everyone, at any level. Bikram Yoga gives life long youth vitality, and vibrant radiant health. All ages shapes and colors practice here, I love it.♥ufe0f

Love this place to the moon and back. Went here for two years while I lived in Grapevine and it did a lot to help with my flexibility, cardiovascular strength, and reduced my back pain. Bikram Yoga may not be for everyone but I would definitely recommend everyone try it at least a couple times. It just might change your life!
I really like the 60 minute hot yoga class. It's greatly improved my posture and range of motion. My consistent practice over the last few months has also reduced my general anxiety issues. Instructors are friendly, professional and supportive. Facility is modern and always clean.
