I've been at GVCF for a year now and I love it! I typically attend the 5:30am classes but if I have an early meeting, I can always make it to the 7pm. The coaches are knowledgeable and help me scale down or up when I need a push. I love the environment and the community of this box. I was intimidated to try it out at first but a friend convinced me. I'm So glad that I did, I feel like I'm a better version of myself. It's great not only for your physical health but your mental health. Don't let fear paralyze you from trying this place! You will love it!
