The first 2 days of the service call to my mother’s house involved getting an estimate on the repair/upgrade. Daniel was very courteous, my mother did not feel pressured or rushed into a decision and Daniel patiently devoted time to getting the most reasonable price for the job. We were quite shocked by the cost of the job but felt Daniel was quite thorough in both his efforts to give us the most affordable cost and in his explanations of the issues and options. It is an older home and it required more work than I was expecting.nnWhen it was time to start the actual work, Tony worked on the job as well because it was a 2-man job. Tony and Daniel were very thorough and worked hard to make sure everything was not only meeting code and safe but also looked finished/professional and aesthetically pleasing (nothing crooked, torn up, or gaps and holes left unsealed or uncovered). They started early and finished late, putting in long hours to get the job done right. They thoroughly cleaned up after they completed their work. They patiently and courteously answered our questions and were very helpful. I am not happy that she has to spend that much money but I have never experienced this much patience, courtesy and effort from anyone on a service call at her house. Just really caring and professional guys. I was very surprised. Thank you Tony and Daniel!

From the time I called to inquire on pricing and availability I had one of the best customer experience I've ever received. Christian assisted me on the phone, he was very patient and professional, he made sure to explain pricing thoroughly and he assured I understood everything before I hung up. Tony was the technician who completed the repair, and he was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Tony explained every single thing he worked on and he ensured all of my questions were answered before he left. This was the first I used Mister Sparky however I will definitely used them again, and I will recommend them as Tony and Christian were very, very helpful and patient.

So pleased with Mr Sparky service that I called them out for more work. Will definitely call them again if/when I need more work.nnThis time Patrick came by and installed some heavy duty outlets in my garage. Just like the first time - Patrick’s work and personal interaction speaks highly for Mr Sparky.nnWith my first engagement, Loy provided excellent and timely help. He quickly isolated serious workmanship issues from whoever built my house 20 years ago. Apparently the contractor back in the day installed breakers on bus bars that had been contaminated woth paint and texture. No wonder lights were flickering - all these years we thought the power company was spotty - but it was bad workmanship in my electrical panel. Loy did a great job of talking me through the findings and implications and options and then replacing my main and sub electrical panels. We’ve had no trouble ever since. Would highly recommend Mr Sparky.

Daniel A did a great job for us - rejuvenating our breaker panel, installing whole house and AC surge protectors and installing new under counter LED lighting in the kitchen and converting closet from fluorescent to LED lights.nDaniel was very cordial and worked very hard to get our projects done. He wore his mask at all times.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Our electrician Daniel was courteous, professional, and got the job done. Pricing is a la carte and rates are reasonable. He even helped seal up some stone above our outdoor outlet to prevent leaks even though he didn't have to, which was very much appreciated. Would 100% recommend and use again.
