I am megatel home owner and system is configured by IES and tried calling them almost 3 or more times but no one has ever showed up . Asked them to set up clare at my house which is given by builder but no one comes to assist even asked to give me quotes for installing cameras but no one ever showed up.nnThis is really annoying as they call it 3 years warranty and called them in april 2020 but no one has come since today and today calling them again and they are like warranty is expired . Are you serious that no one showed up for 4 + months from your team during warranty and now you say this.nnReally surprised even how builders hire them with such poor support and service
