Don’t honor returns. I spent $200 for a gift for my daughter. Part of the gift was jewelry that was on sale. she told me she didn’t like the jewelry wanting silver vs gold. I returned the next day after purchase and was told no return or store credit. I wasn’t told by cashier that I couldn’t return items that were on sale, nor was there any signs in the store ....only a small message at bottom of receipt. A receipt that is given after the purchase. Bad business practice!!!

We visited the Palm Tree Botique today and everyone that worked there was so friendly and helpful. Also, the free mimosas made the shopping experience so fun and relaxing. The shop is so cute and we loved all of the clothes and jewelry. A very friendly greeter Lorraine, at the door, offered to hold our plant while we were shopping. Francis helped my daughter pick out jeans and she was super helpful. Great experience over all. We will definitely be back.
The employees are so very kind and helpful. They also give my husband free beer while he waits, so he is happy. Each employee really works to help you find a style that fits you. It is very refreshing to find a boutique that is welcoming, cute clothes, and has great customer service
