When we moved to new offices, I called Hi-Q Locksmith to see how we could reinforce office security and I must say that their help was amazing. They gave us ideas and definitely suggested new security door locks. They actually devoted plenty of time looking around at the office before recommending solutions and we really appreciated that. They didn't just suggest various locksmith services at random. Great, great pros!
Issac is such a professional. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and tried to save me money where possible. He is a pleasure to deal with, has such an upbeat and friendly personality. I would certainly recommend him. He completed the replacement of my deadbolt in a timely manner and with care.
We found Issac on Google and have used his services on two occasions - the first when we bought our home and needed to have all the locks re-keyed, and again when one of the exterior door locks broke. He was quick to respond and set up an appointment at a time that worked for us. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.
Isaac was fast, efficient, and very straight forward. I called a garage door company I had used previously when my garage door would not open and my front door latch was locked. They told me it would be expensive/they would have to cut a hole in the garage door to gain entry. Isaac had the issue fixed in 15 minutes. Will definitely use again!
