I took my first class yesterday with Jessica and she is AMAZING. Let me start by saying, I'm 54 and I have a knee replacement, Jessica's was able to modify the poses for me so that I was able to fully experience the class and the benefits. Let me also add that I slept better last night than I have in years. I will definitely continue to take yoga classes and pop in whenever I can to meditate on my own. This place is truly calm, peaceful and serene.LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
I took a yoga class Aura Clinic today and it was amazing. Jessica is a gifted instructor and worked with me On my poses since it’s been awhile. It was a class with solar plexus focus - Left me feeling strong and focused.nnDon’t hesitate- this studio is spiritual and uplifting.
Amazing atmosphere! I love going in and letting all my stress go. The best part is only 30 bucks for the hour. Highly recommend and will be back ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
