I had to get a suit to wear to my best friend's funeral. Caleb was so courteous, sensitive to the situation, and incredibly helpful. I didn't feel rushed in exploring different options, and he even offered to hold a pair of shoes for me. He remembered me, too, when I came back for some shirts and a tie. Absolute World Class customer service. I drove all the way from North Dallas just to come to this location because of the impression I was left with. Thank you, Caleb.
Went to have suit measured and altered. Also to buy tie and handkerchief to get ready for wedding. From the moment I walked in till I walked out in 30 mins with suit already altered I was treated like VIP by Anthony. He was so helpful, kind, and attentive. It was a great experience. People like him keep customers.
Great customer service from Anthony Sanders!!! He was so nice and so helpful! We were in and out in 30 mins for a suit alteration for my fiancé. He also gave tips for how to do a pocket dress that was really cool. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
I went to return a suit and they said that they can't accept it for return because they said I had worn it when I didn't and were hesitant to give me my money back. They should improve their customer service and not accuse the customer.
I've been to mens warehouse before to rent a suit, today was my first time buying a suit, and I was completely blown away how easy and accurate my experience was. my sales rep Anthony has a eye for picking out suits. He was super smooth, extremely knowledgeable and just provided a pleasant buy experience. I'd definitely buy from him again.
