This place is amazing. My 13 year old loves it here which says a lot. My husband and I even find things for ourselves too. The staff are so nice. I come here to find an outfit before ever going to the mall. Prices are good as well
I always find something I love when come here. It is organized much better than your typical thrift shop. I feel they give you a good value when you sell clothes and accept store credit for payment.
The policy where you can't leave the store once you've come in to sell is pretty intolerable. That immediately cancels other plans for the day depending on the speed of the staff vs the amount of people coming in to sell. You should be able to step out for a coffee and await a text or simply return within the given sale-time window. Luckily the staff is quite nice and the selection is great for their market audience.nnUpdated since the reply.nI'm well aware of the policies. When I came to sell, I asked if I could step out to make a phone call and grab a coffee. I was told that if I exited the store at all, my things would be moved to 'drop-off' instead of 'in-store' and may take up to 48 hours. That wasn't an option for me, so I sat for 2 hours waiting instead. I'm just letting people know what to expect.
