Absolutely baffled at my experience! First, I am a very big advocate that if your job has a rule for customers to follow. You as an employee should be the first to follow...this employee is not wearing a mask over her face for most of the time I was here. Let me state, ALL customers except for one wore their masks the entire time across their entire face. So in an effort to stay safe I stood in a corner away from everyone and turned away from her each time she walked past me. Not to be rude to her but as an effort to protect myself and others.nnThen as I am standing in a corner completely away from anyone. She rolls a rolling cart over and says “Ma’am, excuse me!” And places the cart exactly where I was standing. I tried to look around and see if there was a reason for this...there wasn’t. All of the other carts are still all around the laundromat. So it honestly was just a passive aggressive attempt to be extremely rude to a customer who has done absolutely nothing but stand in a corner quietly away from people. I would not be okay with an employee treating a customer this way.nnOn a plus side, the facility is set up nicely and clean. The washers are expensive but the dryers compensate for the expense because they are cheap!

THEY STEAL!!! STAY AWAY!!! I paid over 100 plus a TIP for bundle service for them to STEAL a jacket out of my items!! FIRST TIME EVER USING THEIR SERVICES OR LAUNDRY MAT. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Doesn’t even want to OWN UP TO THEIR CHOICES OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. STAY AWAY!!!!!! If you CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES!!!!!!nIf I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. STAY AWAY

I needed to do some laundry while staying at a hotel that didn't have any washers. I found this one not far from the hotel and it was very clean and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
