So clean and accommodating. Ricky went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. From cold water on arrival, charcoal for the grill, toys for the children and firewood for a fire. This place is a must stop.

A 2 night stop right off I20. Well kept park with friendly and accommodating owners. Good for families. Too bad we are missing the Easter Egg Hunt.

We found Texas Rose by accident after the I20 got so bad we had to exit. We stayed there a week, stuck because of the storm. The staff was so helpful, as well as the other campers. Facilities were the cleanest I've e ver seen. So family and pert friendly.

We loved this lite rv park! Very convenient, right off of I-20. The owners are super friendly. They have a nice park area, a dog run, a pavilion with grills, and a really nice game room. Nice shade trees, too!

Have a friend living here. She loves it. Owners had a fall pumpkin carving contest with food after. So much fun and met new people.
