Needed a cut and root color. I was paired with Diana or whatever her name is. She was rude from the start, I had to brush through my own hair because yes I am tender headed but she couldn’t brush through my hair properly, then while she was washing my color out her finger kept going into my ear which I have a new piercing and I kept telling her and she kept being rough. We discussed my hair cut before hand and I asked if she could do an under cut and a cut and style similar to Hannah baker from 13 reasons why with short hair and asked if she do like a small arrow in a the undercut and she immediately said she couldn’t do that. I said okay just the cut then, I was disappointed but wanted to just get out of there.nMy friend then asked her stylist if she knew were we could go and she asked Rochelle and she said she could do my cut and undercut.nI didn’t get the arrows which is fine, if it wasn’t for Rochelle I would of walked out.nI was so upset with the treatment I was getting.nVery unprofessional. She kept saying snide comments like “oh I guess I have the quite chair today” because I wasn’t talkative because my ear was bleeding, I went into the bathroom to clean it up it now has a large bump on my piercing and hurts badly.nnOverall I am happy with my cut and color from Rochelle and will only go back if I request her.nDiana or Deanne needs lessons in customer service and maybe go back to school.

I saw Rochelle today for my hair color needs here! She always does an awesome job & is super friendly on top of it! I love I can ask her any question I have about my hair care needs and she has an answer... I always recommend!

I always feel amazing after getting some inches chopped off, but only if it's done by Rochelle Skaaden! It took me a year to find her and once I did, I was not letting go! We just recently moved to Seattle and I don't mind traveling 3 hours south Washington to get my hair done by Rochelle. She's the only person that my husband trusts with scissors around my hair and you can ask her, I'm not exaggerating! He's very particular when it comes to my hair and I wouldn't have it any other way! I'm almost up for another trim since my hair has been growing like crazy... make sure you book her if she's ever in your area or if you're ever in Vancouver!
